Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales and operations of the Tiffany store to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Foster a climate of service excellence and lead the team to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
- Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit and embody LVMH values, focusing on creativity and innovation.
- Build and maintain influential relationships within the store, mall, and city.
- Enhance client relationships to achieve commercial targets and drive loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities and implement actions to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage client relationships personally and inspire the team to drive business through key product pillars.
- Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
- Ensure continuous guest experience management on the sales floor.
- Recruit and develop a diverse and inclusive team, fostering growth and career development.
- Provide feedback and utilize performance management processes to improve team engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achieving sales goals.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years in sales management within retail or luxury retail sectors, with a proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing client relationships.
Education
A college/university degree is desired.
