Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to develop detailed user stories, functional requirements, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Configure and customize purchased software solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Assist Product Manager and/or Scrum Master in developing detailed project plans and work assignments, leading and managing small project/change implementations.
  • Review and maintain technical support documentation to reflect newly discovered issues or improvements.
  • Continuously enhance personal knowledge and skills relevant to current enterprise application architecture and integrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) and/or JDE World.
  • 3-5 years of experience with Vertex integrations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP applications requirements gathering, design, development, and testing.
  • Proven experience documenting functional and technical requirements.

Skills

Excellent SQL query skills and familiarity with database structures and integration design documentation. Strong interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills. In-depth business process knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Sales Audit, Financial Reconciliation. Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data/requirements. Ability to work independently and recommend industry-best practices.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with experience in JD Edwards and Vertex integrations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
