Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Enhance recruitment workflows to improve operational efficiency and candidate engagement.
  • Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring insights using HR data.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support organizational structure and effective talent deployment.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compensation review processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee budget planning, audits, and tax-related HR matters to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
  • Design and deliver employee events and campaigns to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
  • Strengthen employee relations through policy guidance and grievance handling.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.
  • Fluent in English & Korean.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Experience

Minimum of 7 years in HR, with proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required.
