Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Enhance recruitment workflows to improve operational efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Translate workforce needs into actionable hiring insights using HR data.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support organizational structure and effective talent deployment.
- Administer payroll, benefits, leave, and compensation review processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Design and enhance employee benefits programs to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee budget planning, audits, and tax-related HR matters to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Manage HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and operational accuracy.
- Design and deliver employee events and campaigns to enhance engagement and organizational culture.
- Strengthen employee relations through policy guidance and grievance handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of HR experience.
- Proven experience in managing Compensation & Benefits and HR Controlling/Operations.
- Fluent in English & Korean.
