Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans, adhering to the highest standards of customer service.
- Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
- Cultivate customers through personalized interactions to increase client repeat rate.
- Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
- Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Support the store team and company initiatives.
- Ensure health and safety compliance in the workplace.
- Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
