Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute individual sales strategies to achieve and exceed personal and store revenue targets.
- Deliver elevated client experiences through proactive clienteling, tailored product recommendations and relationship-building with new and existing customers.
- Uphold and enhance Tiffany's brand value through expert product knowledge, refined presentation and attentive service befitting luxury jewellery.
- Manage day-to-day store operations including merchandise presentation, inventory control and regular stock reconciliations in accordance with company policy.
- Accurately record and update sales transactions in the store sales/POS system and support loss-prevention procedures.
- Work a flexible schedule to meet business needs in a department-store environment, including weekends and peak trading periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury jewellery sales, preferably within department stores or high-end retail.
- Proven ability to understand, commit to and achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Availability for flexible shifts aligned with retail trading hours.
- Candidates eligible under national veteran or disability preference programs will be prioritised in accordance with applicable law.
- Educational background or coursework in jewellery, gemology or a related discipline, and possession of jewellery/gemology certifications are advantageous.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' proven experience in luxury jewellery sales, with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing high-value client relationships; experience in department-store retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma required; degree or coursework in jewellery, gemology or related field preferred. Jewellery- or gemology-related certifications are an advantage.
