Role & Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve individual Annual Net Sales plans.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills.
  • Foster personalized interactions to enhance client repeat rate.
  • Embody and inspire luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Support the store team in various initiatives and efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve their sales plans.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably in the jewelry industry.
  • Previous senior sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.

Skills

Expert selling skills and strong customer service ethics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems. Problem-solving ability and flexibility in working hours.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry sales.
