Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure a personalized Tiffany Experience.
  • Deliver an uncompromising luxurious experience while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to performance enhancement and elevate client development and selling ceremonies.
  • Drive sales and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Passion for customer service and sales.
  • 2-3 years of experience for Client Advisor or 4-5 years for Senior Client Advisor in sales or customer service roles.
  • Ability to build meaningful client relationships with a diverse population.
  • Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and customer service acumen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Chinese is advantageous. Proficiency in building client relationships.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a sales or customer service role, with experience working towards targets and KPIs.
