Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering the Tiffany Experience.
  • Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills.
  • Cultivate personalized customer interactions to enhance clienteling efforts.
  • Execute practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints effectively.
  • Actively contribute to store initiatives and company efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
  • Previous senior sales experience.
  • Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
