Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the physical security of all locations, including monitoring CCTV, card access, and burglar alarm systems.
- Conduct physical inspections and tours of the building as required.
- Monitor building entry to ensure a safe environment for employees and visitors, utilizing a visitor management system.
- Perform inspections of trash and discarded materials from high-security areas.
- Respond to building emergencies such as burglar alarm activations, fire alarms, and medical emergencies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in English.
- Computer literacy.
- Availability for rotational shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of labor and management.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in distribution center or corporate security is preferred.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor of Arts degree preferred.
