Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance client experiences through personalized hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with the engraving station where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client’s purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while managing multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
