Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experience through hospitality and personalized service, positively impacting sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if required.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate potential service issues with management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations and after-sales servicing.
  • Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client service abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Adaptability to work with a diverse client base. Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.
