Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
- Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage floor waiting lists accurately if needed.
- Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
- Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
- Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

Compensation
