Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive a warm welcome and memorable experience.
  • Enhance client experiences through hospitality and personalized service to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage floor waiting lists accurately if needed.
  • Maintain the hospitality area, ensuring it is fully stocked, orderly, and clean.
  • Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
  • Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, and replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and perform all POS functions post-purchase.
  • Assist the operations team with store policies, procedures, and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as required.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional client service abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Adaptability to work with a diverse client base. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality is required.

Compensation
