Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and experience the Tiffany brand's legendary service.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and amenities, aiming to positively influence sales and service.
- Assist with engraving services where applicable.
- Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
- Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues with waiting clients to management.
- Support the sales team with boxing, wrapping, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining organized sales floor areas.
- Perform all POS functions post-purchase decision.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations through adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven client service skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Capability to engage with a diverse client base.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience
Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields is required.
