Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted, providing a memorable experience aligned with the Tiffany brand.
  • Enhance the client experience through hospitality and store amenities, aiming to positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving services where applicable.
  • Manage the floor waiting list accurately, if applicable.
  • Maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate with management regarding any potential service issues with waiting clients.
  • Support the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat and organized POS stations and sales floor areas.
  • Perform all POS functions after a client’s purchase decision is finalized.
  • Assist the operations team with operational policies and procedures and after-sales servicing to ensure optimal store operations.
  • Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent client service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks while balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
