Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and assisted.
- Enhance the client experience through personalized hospitality and store amenities.
- Assist with engraving services and manage the floor waiting list as needed.
- Maintain a clean and well-stocked hospitality area.
- Communicate potential service issues to management promptly.
- Support the sales team with packaging, replenishing supplies, and performing POS functions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure optimal store operations.
- Assist with inventory management and special projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related fields such as hospitality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in client service and multitasking.
- Ability to work with a diverse clientele.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
