Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in each client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, conveying passion for Tiffany in every conversation.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to exceed commercial targets.
  • Foster a clienteling culture and encourage entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets.
  • Capture and cultivate client data for relationship building.
  • Deliver significant sales through repeat client business.
  • Identify innovative ways to grow business through elevated client experiences.
  • Elevate in-store experiences by delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during selling ceremonies.
  • Execute best practices in hospitality and store amenities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving commercial results.
  • Ability to connect with clients and work with a diverse client base.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong clienteling and relationship-building abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a client-related field such as hospitality.

Education

A college or university degree is preferred.
