Role & Responsibilities

  • Embody the Tiffany brand in every client interaction, ensuring an extraordinary client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and client loyalty.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Capture and manage client data to cultivate new and existing relationships.
  • Enhance the in-store experience by delivering memorable moments and optimizing hospitality.
  • Execute best practices in client service and take action on client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or luxury retail, or relevant client-related experience such as hospitality.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales results.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems, and Microsoft Outlook/email.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and client relationship management abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to business development. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and memorable client experiences. Proficiency in multiple languages is preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail, luxury retail, or a related client-facing role.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. A Graduate Gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
