Role & Responsibilities

• Provide hospitality support by ensuring an exceptional store experience, including welcoming customers warmly and offering refreshments.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining proactive and friendly communication with clients.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold Tiffany & Co. standards for merchandise care.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or college (Bachelor's or Master's program).
• Fluent in German with strong English skills.
• Experience in retail, cashiering, or similar roles in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Demonstrates a friendly demeanor with discerning customers.
• Enjoys teamwork, is reliable, and has high flexibility regarding workdays and hours.
• Motivated and eager to learn.

Experience

Entry-level experience, ideally in retail or hospitality sectors.

Education
