Role & Responsibilities
- Support all Retail Excellence functions across stores in Singapore and assist the Retail Excellence Director.
- Develop and nurture the store-based support community to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain a retail control checklist and conduct regular audit checks of stores.
- Collaborate with the Regional Retail Training Team to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Partner with HR to support store-related engagement activities.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving operational excellence in a retail environment.
