Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure favorable audit control results and return on investment for major investments.
• Align day-to-day activities with key retail strategies to drive business success.
• Utilize sales analysis to develop effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Partner with store supervisors to enhance client development and outreach opportunities.
• Ensure optimal store operations and maintenance.
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff to enhance communication and teamwork.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• University degree or higher.
• Over 10 years of sales experience, including 5 years in management within a retail environment, preferably luxury.
• Proficiency in Korean and English.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, driven, and independent.

Skills

Experience

A minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a management role within a retail setting, preferably in luxury.

Education

University degree or higher.
