Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner with store leaders and retail teams to observe, monitor, and coach to ensure high sales and service standards.
  • Develop leadership skills within the team to enhance confidence and capability.
  • Create knowledgeable Tiffany Brand Ambassadors with a strategic approach to selling and client development.
  • Monitor daily client interactions and provide feedback to improve sales team performance.
  • Identify store opportunities through observation and data analysis, creating learning and coaching plans.
  • Lead by example to support a culture of coaching and feedback.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to structure and deliver motivational learning sessions.
  • Facilitate impactful in-store onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Ensure execution of the retail training strategy and assess the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Drive client satisfaction by applying learning to enhance brand desirability and sales results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of training and development experience in the luxury brand or service industry.
  • Experience in retail leadership.
  • Proven track record in effective coaching.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Strong self-awareness and composure in all circumstances.
  • Ability to empower teams and hold self and others accountable.
  • Flexibility to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
  • Confidence in taking initiative and identifying appropriate actions.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience
