Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead in-the-moment coaching and feedback sessions with Client Advisors and Team Managers on the sales floor, focusing on client experience, relationships, selling, and leadership skills.
  • Evaluate performance using Key Performance Indicators such as sales, Average Unit Retail (AUR), conversion rates, and Net Promoter Scores.
  • Collaborate with Store Directors and Team Managers to develop 30-60-90 day coaching plans for mid-to-low performers.
  • Drive the implementation of training programs to ensure they translate into daily in-store behaviors.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new Client Advisors, ensuring adherence to Tiffany & Co.'s client experience and selling expectations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of retail experience in a luxury environment, including roles in sales and people leadership.
  • Proven track record in sales, client relationships, and performance-based coaching.
  • Experience in driving change, tracking results, and assessing retail KPIs.

Skills

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to assess and influence store needs through collaboration with headquarters and market teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment or elevated client-related roles.
