Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing feedback to enhance the client experience and sales performance.
- Ensure brand standards are consistently demonstrated, including grooming, image, and store presentation.
- Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities for improvement using sales data and NPS scores.
- Develop and implement store learning and coaching plans, setting individual targets for team members.
- Lead by example to cultivate a culture of coaching and feedback, enhancing leadership skills within the team.
- Partner with store leadership to organize and deliver motivational learning sessions and training programs.
- Facilitate in-store onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
- Ensure the execution of the retail training strategy, maintaining an active presence on the sales floor to assess training impact.
- Support the region in driving client satisfaction and sales results through applied learning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the luxury brand or service industry.
- Experience in retail leadership.
- Proven track record of effective coaching.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Experience
