Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and observe daily client interactions on the sales floor, providing feedback to enhance the client experience and sales performance.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently demonstrated, including grooming, image, and store presentation.
  • Collaborate with store leaders to identify opportunities for improvement using sales data and NPS scores.
  • Develop and implement store learning and coaching plans, setting individual targets for team members.
  • Lead by example to cultivate a culture of coaching and feedback, enhancing leadership skills within the team.
  • Partner with store leadership to organize and deliver motivational learning sessions and training programs.
  • Facilitate in-store onboarding and induction for new hires, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.
  • Ensure the execution of the retail training strategy, maintaining an active presence on the sales floor to assess training impact.
  • Support the region in driving client satisfaction and sales results through applied learning initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development within the luxury brand or service industry.
  • Experience in retail leadership.
  • Proven track record of effective coaching.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
