Role & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with corporate and store leadership to enhance retail performance across Thailand and Vietnam.
- Design and implement management tools and KPIs to optimize store operations.
- Monitor and review store performance, partnering with store leaders to improve sales, client experience, and productivity.
- Lead and develop retail training programs to achieve learning and performance goals.
- Liaise with departments to define action plans following mystery shopping results.
- Ensure stores reflect the Tiffany brand image consistently.
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring inventory flows and team productivity.
- Lead retail projects, including new store openings and renovations.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in retail operations and training within luxury retail.
- 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Significant experience in retail operations, analytics, KPIs, and training in a luxury company.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury market and client experience standards.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles, with experience in both country operational and regional/global roles preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher.
