Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional service improvement and innovation plans based on customer feedback and brand strategy.
  • Observe and coach Client Advisors daily on service delivery, aftersales follow-up, and CRM actions to ensure brand values are upheld.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly reviews with regional retail management to identify service best practices and address performance gaps.
  • Manage regional performance coaching strategies to support individual and store KPI achievement.
  • Engage regional managers and store management in coaching programs to provide feedback and development support.
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate training programs in alignment with national learning strategies.
  • Support the learning team in designing training content and in-store learning materials.
  • Implement national learning projects at the regional level.
  • Deliver tasks assigned by team leaders during company events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or training within luxury brands or service industries
  • Knowledge of the luxury retail and jewelry industry preferred
  • Experience in coaching and/or organizational development

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or training, specifically within luxury brands or luxury service industries, is required.
