Tiffany & Co. seeks a Retail Activation Manager in Shanghai to lead in-store events, mall partnerships and CRM activations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, communication and execution of in-store events and activation campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales and brand objectives.
  • Manage activation budgets, monitor spend and deliver ROI analysis for all store-level initiatives.
  • Act as principal liaison with shopping mall marketing teams for events, promotions, commercial terms negotiation and CRM collaborations.
  • Coordinate pre-event preparation with Marketing, Merchandising, CVM and CRM teams and track post-event sales performance.
  • Plan and oversee shopping mall pop‑ups, collaborating with event teams on logistics and on-site execution.
  • Provide on-site support and operational coordination for HJ events in partnership with Sales and the events team.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience with at least 3 years in the luxury sector.
  • Proven experience in retail marketing, CRM program management and retail activation.
  • Demonstrable budget ownership, commercial negotiation experience and ability to track sales performance/ROI.
  • Excellent presentation, stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical aptitude and business acumen; Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.

Experience

8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years within the luxury retail industry and demonstrated responsibility for retail activations, CRM initiatives and budget/ROI management.

Education

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
