Role & Responsibilities

  • Accurately assess repair orders to determine technical assignments based on expertise and labor time.
  • Maximize workflow efficiency by capturing relevant information and escalating servicing issues.
  • Identify repair volume, type, and expected due date, while managing short-date and late-moving orders.
  • Complete processing work according to Tiffany quality and design standards.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity standards.
  • Maintain organized orders and workspace, ensuring adherence to due dates.
  • Develop knowledge of Tiffany products, including designers, collections, and materials.
  • Proactively seek and apply new skills for quality, safety, or productivity improvements.
  • Collaborate with coworkers, administration, and management in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Comply with health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe workstation.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • 2 years' experience in an administrative business environment.
