Role & Responsibilities

  • Adapt and implement the Global Client Development strategy to align with local market nuances, enhancing client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Empower Client Advisors to cultivate meaningful, long-term client relationships.
  • Foster collaboration with key regional stakeholders, including Store Management, Regional Retail Directors, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Communicate regional insights and business needs to the global retail team, suggesting strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with regional omnichannel and data analysis teams to enhance retail actions and tools.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of regional client development programs.
  • Ensure seamless retail visibility into Client 360 attributes and CRM insights.
  • Innovate scalable activations using market best practices and data insights.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional team focused on client experience transformation.
  • Advocate for a culture of personalization and client obsession within the regional retail network.
  • Influence regional senior management with insights and recommendations based on performance and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
  • Strong understanding of retail/store operations specific to the region.
  • Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in managing budgets.
  • Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
