Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a localized client strategy leveraging regional data to enhance client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Empower Client Advisors to build meaningful, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to drive client development initiatives.
  • Communicate regional insights and business needs to the global retail team for strategy refinement.
  • Enhance retail actions and tools in collaboration with regional omnichannel and client relations teams.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the ROI of client development programs and report to senior management.
  • Ensure comprehensive client understanding through CRM insights and Client 360 attributes.
  • Innovate and propose scalable activations using market best practices and data insights.
  • Lead training sessions for retail teams on clienteling tools and techniques.
  • Advocate for a culture of personalization and client obsession across the retail network.
  • Influence senior management with insights and recommendations based on performance and feedback.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in luxury retail, client development, hospitality, or client experience leadership.
  • Proven project management skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management.
  • Deep understanding of regional client behaviors and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
