Role & Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and plan for campaign needs, identifying requirements and potential risks ahead of deadlines.
  • Align creative development with print and magazine deadlines, ensuring timely execution.
  • Collaborate with in-house production studio and external vendors to develop execution plans for global ad campaigns.
  • Ensure final artwork and film assets are delivered on time and adhere to technical specifications.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring they are informed of timelines and asset requirements.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for regional teams, providing guidance on campaign asset requests and timelines.
  • Oversee custom Out-of-Home and hoarding initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept to delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of project management experience in advertising or marketing, with expertise in print, OOH, and digital campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of print production processes and color management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing global, multi-channel campaigns.
