- Define and address manufacturing process issues through data collection and analysis.
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation including work instructions and procedure manuals.
- Support the development and coordination of process engineering and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production problems and implement effective solutions.
- Present project findings to management as required.
- Fulfill additional duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Problem-solving aptitude with proactive learning capabilities.
- Initiative to lead projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to research, review, and interpret scientific and technical documents.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
