Role & Responsibilities

  • Research and assess market opportunities to develop and prospect new business by expanding the network and attending events.
  • Maintain brand and market analysis with a focus on local jewelry market trends and pricing.
  • Establish and reinforce the Tiffany brand within the High Net Worth client market.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop presentation and sales strategies for High Net Worth clients.
  • Develop High Net Worth client relationships and reinforce brand image and awareness.
  • Manage stakeholder partnerships with Store and Market Leadership, Global and Regional Client Relations teams, and other corporate partners.
  • Achieve and exceed commercial action plans and annual targets through expert consultative selling skills.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of luxury industry experience
  • Deep understanding and interest in the luxury lifestyle
  • Experience with successfully closing High Jewelry sales
  • Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with High Net Worth clients
  • Impeccable self-presentation

Ability to translate luxury experience into knowledge foundation and defined strategies Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans Ability to develop brand image strategies Ability to work autonomously with independent judgment and discretion Willingness to work non-traditional business hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in the luxury industry with a focus on High Jewelry sales and client relations.
