Role & Responsibilities

  • Represent and uphold the Tiffany brand through community presence, social media, and networking events.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, engaging, retaining, and growing High-Net-Worth clients.
  • Sell across all categories with a focus on High Jewelry, achieving and exceeding commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with Store, Country & Regional Client Relations, and Global partners to strategize and deliver client experiences.
  • Identify and develop new high-potential clients through tailored presentations and consultations.
  • Capture and manage client data to build and develop lasting relationships.
  • Research and assess market opportunities to expand the network and prospect new business.
  • Represent Tiffany at regional and global High Jewelry events as a Brand Ambassador.
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise to elevate client experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of retail or relevant business development experience in luxury industries preferred.
  • Passion for the Tiffany & Co. brand and knowledge of its products, stones, and services.
  • Solid knowledge of gemstones, jewelry, and timepieces.
  • Strong diplomacy skills and experience building relationships with High-Net-Worth clients.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Gemology Certification is a plus.

Skills

Expert consultative selling skills. Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient in MS Office and computer knowledge. Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Impeccable self-presentation.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or relevant business development.
