Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and order fulfillment with the Tiffany Touch.
  • Manage inventory and ensure merchandise delivery.
  • Support store sales and profitability through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Capture client data to cultivate relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Execute daily operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
  • Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with sales professionals, management, and clients to address requests efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.

Education

A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
