Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client service and order fulfillment with the Tiffany Touch.
- Manage inventory and ensure merchandise delivery.
- Support store sales and profitability through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Capture client data to cultivate relationships and drive loyalty.
- Handle internal and external correspondence to optimize sales opportunities.
- Execute daily operational tasks such as shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales professionals, management, and clients to address requests efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks based on business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
Education
A college/university degree is preferred. Graduate gemologist degree or previous Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is advantageous.
