Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with Tiffany's standards of excellence.
  • Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
  • Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for product and service information.
  • Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
  • Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
  • Support company operations efficiency objectives.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
  • Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
  • A college/university degree.
