Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with Tiffany's standards of excellence.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and jewelry cleaning.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies to management.
- Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests for product and service information.
- Elevate in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable client interactions.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Support company operations efficiency objectives.
- Deepen client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
- Support the store in achieving or exceeding commercial targets.
- Handle internal and external correspondence to generate sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Authorization to work in Canada or the country where the position is based.
