Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily sales operations and consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Manage inventory control, including receiving, reviewing, and processing merchandise.
- Coordinate service orders with specialized workshops and manage customer service requests.
- Collaborate with store management and corporate teams to enhance store profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Enhance in-store customer experience by delivering memorable service and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Implement and optimize standard practices to create exceptional customer experiences.
- Supervise inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
- Coordinate cyclical and annual inventory counts according to corporate schedules.
- Monitor store maintenance status and manage special customer orders.
Qualifications
- Advanced English proficiency
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to connect with customers
- Organized and detail-oriented
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations or a related field.
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A degree in Gemology is preferred.
