Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Ensure merchandise is delivered with the signature Tiffany Touch.
  • Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
  • Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with reconciling merchandise inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Partner with client advisors, management, and clients to respond to requests promptly.
  • Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
  • Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador during client interactions.
  • Support company operations objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
  • Support client relationships to drive lifetime dedication and spend.
  • Collect data during client interactions to support client cultivation.
  • Handle internal and external correspondence to support sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of retail experience in operations with knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Skills

Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities. Ability to connect with Tiffany clients. Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of prior retail experience in retail operations is required.

Education

A college or university degree is desired.
