Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute daily back-of-house operations including order fulfilment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers with meticulous attention to brand standards.
  • Manage and reconcile merchandise inventory using company reports and systems; identify and report discrepancies to management and corporate partners.
  • Maintain and care for jewellery and merchandise (cleaning, preparing, receiving repairs) following established handling procedures.
  • Partner closely with client advisors and store management to respond to client requests, follow-up on service and repair orders, and support sales activity.
  • Deliver outstanding client service in-person and by phone/email, representing the Tiffany brand and creating memorable client moments.
  • Collect and record client data during interactions to support relationship building and commercial objectives.
  • Champion operational efficiency by proposing process improvements and implementing standardised methodologies tied to NPS and client feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant retail operations experience; experience in luxury retail or jewellery preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to reconcile inventory and resolve discrepancies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with client advisors, management and corporate partners.
  • Available to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; authorized to work in the United States.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and adaptable to changing daily business needs.

Experience
