Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Ensure merchandise delivery aligns with the Tiffany Touch.
- Communicate effectively as a brand ambassador.
- Foster an entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and excellence.
- Champion operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Complete daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and replenishment.
- Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory, reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with client advisors, management, and clients for product and service information.
- Enhance in-store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments.
- Demonstrate passion as a Tiffany brand ambassador.
- Implement best practices to optimize hospitality and store amenities.
- Apply product knowledge to increase client satisfaction.
- Support operational efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process improvements.
- Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
- Support store operations to achieve commercial targets.
- Collect data during client interactions to cultivate client relationships.
- Manage internal and external communications to generate sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Flexibility to perform various tasks based on business needs
- Authorization to work in Canada
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a related field.
Education
A college or university degree is preferred.
