Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock control, cycle count accuracy, and appropriate assortment and model stock levels.
  • Supervise and coordinate customer service activities related to repairs, servicing orders, and post-sale offerings.
  • Manage client services, including handling customer inquiries, stock availability, and post-sale offerings.
  • Oversee receiving and shipping functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and liaising with transportation and customs agents.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure back of house processes support service standards.
  • Manage, coach, develop, and train staff.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
  • Minimum three years of retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry

Skills

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail stock management or inventory control, preferably within the jewelry sector.

Education

Tertiary Certificate or equivalent life/work experience
