Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee customs documentation and ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and manage logistics with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Classify tariffs accurately and optimize customs clearance processes.
- Manage domestic logistics including inventory management and local courier schedules.
- Support security operations and organize employee sales events.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of customs clearance experience in the retail industry, preferably in FMCG.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum 3 years of experience in customs clearance and logistics within the retail industry.
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
