Operations Coordinator
Tiffany & Co. seeks an Operations Coordinator in Westport, USA to manage store operations, inventory and client service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all back‑of‑house store operations including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment and merchandise transfers.
- Serve as key holder and act as manager‑on‑duty in the absence of leadership — opening/closing the store, coordinating staff, and resolving operational issues.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure strict adherence to internal control procedures and company operational policies.
- Support sales objectives by providing operational and administrative assistance that enables sales professionals to drive client engagement and revenue.
- Collect and manage client data, coordinate client service activities, and follow up on requests to cultivate lasting customer relationships.
- Perform routine jewellery care and intake for repairs; uphold product presentation standards through cleaning and merchandising tasks.
- Coach and mentor team members when acting as manager‑on‑duty; provide feedback for process improvements and support efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of prior retail experience in operations with comprehensive knowledge of merchandising, client service, administration and shipping.
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexible availability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Organized, dependable and able to perform a range of operational tasks according to daily business needs.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
Skills
Experience
2–3 years' experience in retail operations is required, with demonstrated competence in merchandising, inventory control, client service and shipping/receiving. Experience acting as a key holder or in a manager‑on‑duty capacity is highly desirable.
Education
No formal degree required; college/university degree preferred. Graduate Gemologist qualification or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) coursework is a plus.
