Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead back-of-house operations in a Tiffany store.
  • Provide excellent client service and collaborate with store leadership on key initiatives.
  • Act as a manager on duty in the absence of a manager, including coordinating order fulfillment and managing inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Support operational efficiency objectives and mentor team members.
  • Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing clients.
  • Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and resolve client concerns.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of retail operations experience with knowledge of merchandising, client service, and administration.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, and administration.

Education
