Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee store merchandise, including receiving, transferring, and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and maintain the Daily High Value count and returns report.
  • Lead and coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory preparations.
  • Manage price changes, merges, re-classes, and ticket changes.
  • Process merchandise requests and follow-up on special and back orders.
  • Provide superior post-sales client service, ensuring timely completion of repair and engraving orders.
  • Assist in visual presentation of merchandise through scheduled cleaning and inspection.
  • Support sales floor operations and assist in planning and coordinating store events.
  • Manage store supplies, including sundries, packaging, and hospitality.
  • Perform daily cashier functions and manage accounts payable and cash-related tasks.
  • Act as liaison for facilities, IT, Security, and Health & Safety.
  • Assist in maintaining and implementing operational support systems.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of prior experience in retail operations, with a focus on merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
  • Analytical skills preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with IT knowledge.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with clients, peers, and management.
  • Adherence to Tiffany & Co. standards.
  • Project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English; a third language is advantageous.
