Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services coordination.
  • Ensure timely management and completion of repair and service orders, adhering to Tiffany & Co.'s quality standards and process guidelines.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, ensuring high standards of resolution and adherence to established procedures.
  • Utilize consultative selling and product knowledge to foster and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
  • Provide exemplary customer follow-up to support client relationship development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of retail stock management or inventory control experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and MIPS.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
