Role & Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation, including work instructions, reports, and procedure manuals.
  • Identify and resolve manufacturing process issues through data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze and solve production problems, ensuring effective implementation of solutions.
  • Support the development and coordination of New Product Integration methodologies for new product manufacturing.
  • Present findings and experiences to management at the end of the internship period.
  • Evaluate production downtime concerns and apply resources to address them.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a focus on Project Management.
  • Proven ability to research, analyze, and interpret scientific and technical documents and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to write clear and concise reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards is preferred.

Experience

Beginner level experience suitable for students or recent graduates in relevant fields.
