Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in building a strong bridge among Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Stores through effective inventory management.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges, contributing to strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare performance review materials, including data compilation and presentation development.
  • Monitor new retail initiatives across regions and consolidate feedback for internal stakeholders.
  • Support the Merchandising Manager in managing product assortment plans and maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
  • Evaluate product collections to inform inventory management and promotional strategies.
  • Assist in creating materials and tools for store teams to launch and promote new products.
  • Track new product launches and support optimization efforts.
  • Provide analytical support by organizing datasets and performing key analyses.
  • Develop new reporting and analytical tools to improve merchandising processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Significant prior experience in a similar merchandising role is a plus.
  • Strong motivation to learn about merchandising and the luxury retail environment.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with data and provide actionable insights. Highly organized with solid time management skills. Advanced Excel skills are essential. Proficiency in Power BI is a strong plus. Fluency in French and English.

Experience

Beginner level experience in merchandising or a related field.

Education

Currently enrolled in the final year of a Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
