Overview

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for collecting and analyzing media investment data from the media agency, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
  • Maintain daily records of campaign pacing and investments, providing feedback for critical campaign optimizations.
  • Aggregate post-campaign metrics to update media plan benchmarks.
  • Coordinate with the creative asset production agency to manage schedules and ensure timely delivery of assets for print and outdoor media campaigns.
  • Assist in creating and coordinating communication guidelines for Client Advisors to enhance their social and client interactions.
  • Attend and document meetings between the TCO Media team and the media agency, ensuring follow-up on key tasks.
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and manage the reporting schedule.
  • Monitor competitors' media strategies to identify trends and opportunities in the luxury sector.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French, with strong translation capabilities.
  • Passion for copywriting in both French and English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a flexible and friendly client management style.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience in a professional role, such as Production Coordinator or Project Manager.
  • Diploma from a Business School or University with a focus on Communications.

Experience
