Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead innovative projects to enhance assortment planning processes.
  • Develop dashboards to measure KPIs related to sales, assortment productivity, and inventory fulfillment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of assortments across major markets and compare them to local competition.
  • Identify strategic assortment and personalization opportunities for high-potential markets.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations on assortment strategies to inform key business decisions.
  • Gain exposure to various areas within the Supply Chain, including Inventory and Demand Planning.
  • Analyze international market trends and communicate updates to global partners.
  • Develop proficiency in advanced analytical tools, including AI analytics.
  • Participate in strategic projects to propose new opportunities for business performance acceleration.

Qualifications

  • College degree and current pursuit of an MBA degree.
  • 2+ years of business experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and core planning applications.
  • Experience with PowerBI report building.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead in a team environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills with strategic and creative thinking.

Experience
