Role & Responsibilities

  • Evaluate supply chain processes using work measurement assessments such as time studies and flow charting.
  • Systematically document and present comprehensive data on processes and functions studied.
  • Develop analytical and statistical tools, process flow documentation, and reports to support process improvements.
  • Recommend workflow, equipment, or other changes to enhance material flow, storage capacity, cycle time, and productivity.
  • Provide direct support to Industrial Engineering staff through hands-on participation in office and production environments.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments and interface with various levels of employees and management to complete tasks, including root cause analysis and productivity improvements.
  • Perform additional duties or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to research, review, and analyze information from various sources.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team setting and challenge current processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with engineering principles and practices is advantageous.
